Chief Steward (Cargo / Offshore Catering)
The Chief Steward (Galley) is responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of all galleys and their equipment to USPH standards. They handle the cleaning materials, chemicals and machinery, and supervise and schedule the galley utility team.
