First ETO (1st Electrical Engineer)
The First Electro-Technical Officer supervises the electrical team so that maintenance and repairs meet the required standard, and keeps the Chief Electro-Technical Officer informed of failures and issues. They also help maintain the high- and low-voltage electrical systems.
